Camino de Santiago Maps
Below you can see the maps of the Camino de Santiago that appear in the pilgrims' credential. They are very helpful because next to the name of every village is written the remaining kilometres to Santiago de Compostela.
Firstly, we have a map of the main Camino de Santiago or Camino Frances which also shows La Via de la Plata which is another way that starting from Seville (in the South of Spain) follows an old Roman causeway to head north and arrive in Santiago. It also shows the map of El Camino de Norte o El Camino de la Costa and El Camino Primitivo which are commonly know as El Camino del Norte. Secondly, we have a map of all the routes from Europe
arriving in
Santiago de Compostela.
There are three main routes coming from central
Europe: Via de Arles,
Via de Le Puy, Via
de Vezelay, Via de Tours
or
Paris and Via
del Piamonte.
Then we have another map just of the Camino Frances and finally a map of the Camino Portugues which is a group of routes that start in Portugal and arrive in Santiago de Compostela. ![]() |
